About IELTS

The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is designed to assess the language proficiency of individuals who wish to study or work in countries where English is used as a means of communication. The IELTS examination is globally administered by the British Council, UK and IDP, Australia. This assessment is offered in two different formats: academic and general. Academic IELTS is intended for those who are seeking higher education or professional registration in English-speaking nations, while General IELTS is suitable for individuals who are planning to migrate to Australia, Canada, or the UK. Candidates are allowed to take the IELTS test as many times as needed, with test sessions being conducted approximately 4-5 times per month. It is important to note that the test scores remain valid for a period of 2 years.
